ROMOR provides our clients with ROMOR Ocean Application Research (ROAR); a team of experts to assist with their integration requirements. Ocean Instrumentation, Mooring Design & Technology Consultation
 With more than 25 years in the ocean technology industry, ROMOR continues its original forte in providing instrumentation solutions and consulting services for the oceanographic and ocean surveying clientele. ROMOR investigates the application and provides our customers with the most up-to-date and advanced subsea instrumentation solutions in the world, to ensure that our clients collect the highest quality of data. The staff at ROMOR also has the ability to complete all aspects of an oceanographic project; from a complete mooring design concept to the reliable deployment, recovery and data collection from the deployed instrumentation.
In-house Maintenance, Project Mobilization & Training
Our facility at ROMOR is dedicated to instrumentation maintenance and training, and can accommodate all size groups for in-house training sessions. With 2500 sq/ft of work area and manufacturer trained technicians, ROMOR can keep the oceanographic and marine survey equipment of our clientele up to date and functional. Our facility is also available for project mobilization.
Field Support Personnel, Service & Demonstration
Our experienced technical staff has the ability and credentials to offer field support services for our clientele, to ensure that down time is kept to an absolute minimum. We’re also able to perform local and on site product demonstrations for new potential instrumentation purchased for upcoming projects.
Custom Instrumentation & Integration Engineering
 ROMOR offers customers engineering and integration assistance, from electrical component design to mechanical and machining fabrication. Our technical staff and project managers work closely with the technical sales team and customers in order to provide solutions to the challenges faced by the customer.
With the reliability of some of the world’s top ocean technology manufacturers, ROMOR can quickly turn around solutions to include other overlooked areas such as connector and cable terminations, and mechanical mounting fabrication.
New Product Development & Manufacturing
ROMOR works closely with numerous instrumentation and engineering manufacturers and institutions in the ocean industry and provide the necessary components and instruments vital to their success. We’re able to provide our clients with both off the shelf solutions, but also work with our clients to modify current components, or engineer new solutions when changes are required for a specific application.
